Dale was a very professional and engaging instructor. He is clearly very experienced and instantly put me at ease at the start of the course. He was very patient and helped to iron out any issues with my driving in a constructive manner. He tailored the 3 days around me and was very accommodating. He even provided water and refreshments to keep me going during the day. He explained in detail the assessment process and calmed my nerves before the test. A great instructor and a great course.
